Throughout my corporate career, I served in senior HR and executive leadership roles, helping leaders navigate organizational change, strengthen leadership, address complex people challenges, and align people strategy with business strategy.
That experience taught me that organizational challenges rarely exist in isolation. Structure affects people. Leadership affects culture. Communication affects execution. And what appears to be a people problem may actually be a leadership, process, role clarity, or organizational effectiveness issue.
That’s why I look beyond the presenting problem to understand what’s happening beneath it.
